Scott Blair
Scott Blair
Scott Blair has been practicing law for over 22 years.  His first four years in practice were spent as a prosecutor for The City of Seattle.  Scott has now narrowed the scope of his practice down to representing only injured people and helping them put their lives back together after a traumatic injury.

For the past 15 years Scott has exclusively represented plaintiffs in hundreds and hundreds of cases who have been victimized by the negligence of others and their insurance carriers.
After you meet with Scott and his incredible paralegals & support staff pictured below, you will agree it makes sense to have an advocate at your side in this process that understands what the other side is up to and how to protect you.

Since 2003, Lee has been recognized by the Washington State Bar Association for his dedication to representing individuals who cannot afford legal representation and he has been nominated by his fellow colleagues as a Rising Star among the Super Lawyers in Washington State.

Our Staff
Lee and I are very lucky to have such an incredible staff. They are extremely committed to helping our clients out in every aspect of their case, and then some. They make sure medical bills are being paid by your insurance company, they accompany you to insurance medical exams ordered by insurance companies so you are not alone, and they are always there to help you on any aspect of your case. Best of all, they are great listeners. Recently, when a client passed away due to injuries from an accident, and the family was very upset and in no condition to do all of the funeral arrangements, I was very proud of them when they all stepped up and produced a funeral program and memorial card for the family so the family would not have to deal with it.

Our team of paralegals and legal assistants bring a wealth of experience to handling your claim. Sherry Clem has been with The Blair Firm for ten years, and our newest paralegal Kellie Levigne, had been a claims adjuster since 1980, and completely understands the ins and outs of insurance companies. Gayline Vernon, our Litigation Paralegal, has been with us for over 12 years now, and Lillian Aoki, our legal assistant, has been with us for over 6 years. I believe that once you have had the chance to meet everyone at The Blair Firm, you will understand why we are so tight knit as a group: we all love what we do.
